Austin XL SUV provides private transportation services, including but not limited to:

Airport pickups and drop-offs (Austin–Bergstrom International Airport – AUS)

City point-to-point transportation

Hourly and local transportation services

Family transportation with child car seats (available upon request)
All services are subject to availability.
3. Bookings & Reservations

Bookings may be made online, by phone, or by email.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, and (if applicable) flight details.

Austin XL SUV is not responsible for service delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
4. Airport Pickups & Flight Tracking

For airport pickup services, customers should provide the correct airline and flight number.

Flight tracking is based solely on the information provided by the customer.

Austin XL SUV is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect flight information or airline schedule changes beyond our control.
5. Pricing & Payments

Prices vary depending on service type, distance, time, and special requests.

Payment is required in advance or as agreed at the time of booking.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Square and/or Wix Payments.

Austin XL SUV does not store or have access to customers’ full credit or debit card information.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility are subject to our Refund Policy.

No-shows or late cancellations may be non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
7. Waiting Time

Airport pickups include a limited complimentary waiting period.

Additional waiting time may result in additional charges.

Failure to communicate extended delays may result in the ride being marked as a no-show.
8. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:

Follow driver instructions

Treat vehicles with care

Be responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests
Austin XL SUV reserves the right to charge for cleaning or damages beyond normal wear.
9. Child Safety Seats

Child car seats are available upon request and subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for requesting the appropriate seat type and ensuring the information provided is accurate.
10. Limitation of Liability
Austin XL SUV is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, accidents, mechanical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Austin XL SUV reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for reasons including but not limited to:

Safety concerns

Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior

12. Compliance with Laws & Regulations
Austin XL SUV operates in accordance with all applicable city, state, and federal laws and regulations, including transportation, safety, licensing, and airport regulations applicable in Austin, Texas, and surrounding service areas.
All services are provided in compliance with local ordinances, airport rules, and traffic laws. Passengers agree to comply with all applicable laws while using our services.
Austin XL SUV reserves the right to modify, delay, or refuse service when required to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
13. Changes to Terms & Conditions
