Refund Policy
Flexible & Customer-Friendly
At Austin XL SUV, we understand that plans can change. We offer flexible cancellations with minimal fees to keep things fair for both our customers and our drivers.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time will receive a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fee
A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted for cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup. This helps cover driver scheduling and operational costs.
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time and do not contact us, it will be considered a no-show.
No-shows may receive a partial refund, with up to 50% deducted.
If We Need to Cancel
If Austin XL SUV is unable to provide your service, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Delays
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors are not eligible for refunds, but we will always do our best to accommodate you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
